Subject :- Misleading
My name is Yogesh Kumar. Suddenly i received a message on my mobile number from RBS that they have decreased my credit limit to Rs. 8300 and also putted me on defaulter list. When i called them on their Customer Service they said, The reason to cut down your credit limit because you are using any other credit card (But they did not specify the bank's name) or they said you are not paying your bill (RBS Credit Card).
I said politely, The card (RBS One Credit Card) is the first card i have, i do not have any other card in my life ever till now but they replied we do not have much information and if you want to know or have any further information you have to contact to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau India limited or else write to RBS about the same.
I decided to write to RBS, When i have written to them they said i have to contact to CIBIL in order to get any information.
This is wrong, i am using there services, their card and they are saying me to contact to CIBIL because they can not provide me the data. If they are not able to provide me any data or proof then Why and how they have putted me in defaulter list.
I am paying their bills and paid till date and they have putted me into defaulter list. I do not care about the Credit Limit, What is hurting me is that without showing me providing me any proof or data they have putted me into defaulter list. It will spoil my Credit History.
I would be very thankful, if you would take your kind attention towards this case. ASAP
