    Post Rude behavior, threaded me and abused behavior with me by HDFC, Bank Representative

    Dear Sir,

    I had made a Settlement letter on my HDFC Credit Card No: 5243681001064594 for Rs. 89700/- for which I have a letter being issued by the bank on March 2011. Against this settlement, till October 2011 I had made a payment more than about Rs. 65000/-. Then on November month bank had invalid my settlement and hold my HDFC salary account for one month, after that without any information bank deduct my more then Rs.12000/ from my account. That amount I had saved For some urgent medical purpose. But now Banks asking from me more then 77000/- extra amount , this is completely wrong happening with me.

    Even before the settlement, monts of January and February 2011
    I was getting lots of threatening call from the HDFC bank card representatives. He was daily calling me many times on my Mobile 9873168915 and 8826822126 and office nos 0120-3917805 / 3917800 /3917801 and 3917817 and threatening to my office staff and abused badly and insulting me, made very bad impression at my professional place. I have being working in a private company so during that time my job was in danger situation. In fact during that critical situation, badly I had been suffered from mental tortured by HDFC Bank Card Representative.

    After all I have being paid all EMI time to time and at the last moment bank invalid my settlement letter and bank cheating me.

    I need to file a case against the Bank Representative and HDFC Bank Card, Rajouri Garden Branch who without informing deduct my amount from the my HDFC account and and he given me mental tortured, insult at professional Place, rude behavior, threaded and abused behavior with me and my office staff at my professional place.
