Sub- Complain for the refund of money
Respected Sir/Madam
I have the honor to say you that I am a SBI Customer since long (A/c No- 10935622095). On 09-12-2011 I have purchased household goods from Aditya Birla retail Limited from Asansol (West Bengal) outlet of Rs. 1221.60(POS 134306320025).I have done a Debit Card payment (Card No.- 5196200001101194).Unfortunately, due to some technical reasons the amount was double debited from my said a/c on POS ids 134306310175 and the said above, on 10-12-2011 my home bank reimburse me the purchase amount. Again on the said date the bank debited the same amount(e.g- Rs. 1221.60) on POS TXN 134306310175.At last Rs.1221.60 is on SET HOLD with overall credit balance as nil(as per updated Bank’s Passbook).On 27-12-2011 I have lodged an online complaint in SBI(:: STATE BANK OF INDIA :: Safe Banking With SBI ::) with ticket no :- CC-1324892925207.
So, under the above said circumstances I had no option other than to communicate to the consumer Forum and file a case against both the SBI and Aditya Birla Retail Limited.
An early action is very much appreciable as 21 business days have been passed. Several verbal Requests, visits and mails have been forwarded to the said departments, but unfortunately no output was given from any said concerned department, instead harassing me to get my money back.
