Default SBI Card customers

SBI Card over telephonic conversation had offered 3 days and 2 nights of holiday with 1 way free domestic flight travel by convincing me to accept the offer. I have also accepted for the offer and they have debited an amount Rs.6067/- from my SBI card. In voucher provided to me the last date for submission of form for accomodation & travel is 19/09/2010 and applied for it on 25/6/2010 and delivered on 28/6/2010 and later when i contacted heritage holidays they denied that the accomodations are not available on weekend. I have also requested them as for that days as its our anniversary , actually we have taken the offer for this purpose only but they are not able to provide us our required dates.

Now due to unavoidable circumstances i would not be able to take the offer as we are flying to u.s.a for 6months from aug16 and so we request the SBI cards to cancel the offer provided to us. I was shocked by their reply that cancellation can not be done and i can only transfer my offer to any of my blood relatives

Both SBI Card and heritage holidays has offered an unfair deal with their customers .If i go thru net i have seen many have lodged complaints regarding this.

Please guide me to proceed further....

Default SBI Credit card: Money swindlers!!

Hi all, I fell into the same trap in middle of August 2010. Everything happened so quickly.

When I got the phone I was tricked into believing that first the offer details(3 days holiday package+one way flight+POLO wrist watch) will come to me by courier. Then after checking the details I will sign for them to debit the money.

But suddenly on 21 Aug I found Rs 6067/= debited on my SBI card. The date of debit is also significant as I am getting the least no of days(21) to take any action against SBI card.
There is no doubt that they did forced illegal debit to my card account. This is money swindling of the worst kind. If we together fight it out legally in Delhi,they will be in a spot.

I do not know what the standard of their services & goods offered will be. But that is secondary. Everybody cancel your SBI Credit cards while you can. I hear that SBI card is run by GE Countrywide. Not by SBI themselves.

Default Holiday Offer Complaints

Hi Mr.,
I have also been cheated for buying this product.
you have genuine concern and would like to suggest the following:
1) Call The Priviledge Circle Helpline (not SBI) and ask for cancellation.
2) Record their conversation on phone. Do record they denying and not teling you about the cancellation policy (if they don't tell you, you should not ask for it)
3) Give recordings to SBI Ombudsperson through e-mail (Remember dont give complaint to Customer Care head but only Ombudsperson). Check your state and pick Ombudsperson accordingly from the following weblink SBI Life Insurance. A chart is available there.

Default Your Complaint

Narit,

Watch out and make all call records of conversation with them only on Heritage Helpline number and not with SBI Customer Care, send only to SBI & RBI ombudsperson and no one else.

You would not get any response just like me if you call customer care or even escalate to CCare head

I applied for SBI credit card on 6-8-2010 my Application No. S0006997064, I could not get any information or credit card till date my E male is ramdayal65@yahoo.co.in my ph 9971875241 date of birth is 5-1-1965

Default SBI Credit Card

SBI Card over telephonic conversation had offered no service charge on irctc train booking and no processing charges for first year but they have debited an amount from my SBI card service charge when i contacted to SBI Customer care they told i need to book Shubh Yatra Card. I have also requested to cancel my SBI card but they told me to pay my transaction plus processing fees for first year.

SBI Card has offered an unfair deal with their customers .If i go thru net i have seen many have lodged complaints regarding this.

Please guide me to proceed further....
