Dear Madam / Sir,
I, Shiva Prasad Behera, a customer of SBI Credit Card account# 0004317575070494373, bearing card# 0004317575074685737 beg to state that I had owned the credit card in the year 2006/07 and made a onetime settlement of Rs. 20,000.00 (Full & Final settlement against all dues) against total outstanding of Rs. 31000.00 with SBI Credit Card representative of Bhubaneswar in the year 2008 and stopped using your card any more. During the negotiation of the settlement amount, sbi representative assured me to issue NOC within 45 days from the date of payment. But I did not get any letter regarding NOC.
In the month of July 2011, after a long duration of 3 years, I got a call from SBI Credit Card customer care with a demand for making payment of Rs. 98,929.18 against outstanding towards using the same above said card. Again SBI Credit Card representative forced to settle the amount for onetime with an assurance to give NOC within 45 days time. But this time also I did not received any NOC from SBI credit card, though I had made the payment of Rs. 45, 000.00 (Full & Final settlement against all dues).
Dear Sir, please look into this matter and kindly help me to get rid of this notorious business policy of SBI Credit Card.
