I have had a SBI credit card - which I closed almost 2 years ago - there was overpaid credit of approximately 200 Rs in my favour - for which they have been sending sms on my phone - but they do not bother to send a check and close the account permanently.

I had an old SBI Card, which was almost closed.
Like everybody, I too used to give regular instalments.

But then came an announcement, that it has become SBI-GE

I thought it was fine,. but then came the trouble. I would be harassed before my due date, and pdc would be taken, deliberately bounced, & fines would be imposed. First I thougth that it was human error, then I saw that it was a regular occurance. I had paid the last due & thought that the chapter was closed.

However after some 4-5 years I am recieving perpetual phone calls with grossly inflated amounts which I myself do know are fictitious.

Its pathetic

Only SBI was good. SBI-GE sucks

I have a complaint against SBI Card who has lien my FD against issue of SBI Card. A SBI Card has been issued to me which Number is 4006 6761 7435 6546 on 14 Apr 2010 for Rs. 2,70,000/- after lien my FD amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- without asking to me. I think they have taken my signatures on mortgage including the others papers. Now I am in need to take money from my FD.SBI Bank told me that you can take only balance money except lein Money.

Now I have one request to you. Such types of issue of Credit card is correct. What is the RBI instruction for issue of Credit card to the customer.

Your guide lines are required to take up the case with regal action against such type of cases.

Wrong information provided regarding benefits and cash back of SBI credit card by Pooja Rathod of SBI – Ashram Road Branch, Ahmedabad Gujarat through Phone No. +91 79 66072974. on receiving credit card I read the instructions and related information I came to know that the information provided by above mentioned person is wrong. Now I don’t want this card at all.
