Angry SBI credit card billing statement

    Issue 1:
they have asked to pay more then the actual amount which i am suppose to pay, including the fuel reversal amount which it should have been reflected in my monthly statement. According to SBI call center agent, SBI will apply tax or fine, if I don’t pay the reversal amount, knowing that I should not pay that amount ? Will they pay me interest(what ever it maybe) for the amount which I am paying in excess ?

Even though the above scenario transaction happed couple of days earlier to the statement billing date.

Can anyone help me, Why does this happen and how does this work ?

    Issue 2:
1000 Rs of fuel in petrol bunk, SBI charged Rs.25
For the same 1000 Rs of same fuel in the same petrol bunk, SBI charged Rs.27.58
According to their agent, Rates are calculated based on the credit card system used in the petrol bunk ? not sure how that works ?

guess its a good way to fool people, who wont call back and pay what ever is mentioned....
