SIR FOLLOWING COMPLAINT SENT SBI, BUT NO REPLIES. PLEASE HELP ME OUT

please refer to our email dtd 21/01/2012, regarding discrypancy in our
credit card account as intimated by you over phone on 21/01/2012. it
has been requested to send hard copies of all bills for the period of
1 year, then only we can come to know the actual matter because during
last 7 years we received 10 to 15 bills. every month of 3rd while
asking for minimum due amount for that month, we complained regarding
non recept of bills. you may check voice record at your end.
as per your 21st phone talk, we have sent all the mail copies
immidetly to sbiservices &feedback.gesbi@ge on 21 22 23 24, but there is no reply from your end but you have sent sms that AMOUNT OF Rs 161500 IS BEING REVERSED FROM YOUR CARD ACCOUNT DUE TO DOUBLE CREDITS FOR THE PERIOD OF JAN 11 TO JAN 12. inspite of our phone discussion you have sent the sms. this is not so good, if you
had shown such a hurry in replying our mails it was better for us
ON 23 JAN YOU HAVE DEBITED 165500 TO MY CARD ACCOUNT WITHOUT INTIMATION. CALL CENTRE PEOPLE TELLING THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY AT A STRETCH. SMS COMING.
TODAY WE CONSULTED OUR CONSUMER COURT ADVOCATE AND DISCUSSED.
UPTO 2ND WE WILL WAIT FOR YOUR CALL, OTHERWISE WE WILL CUT THE CARD SEND IT TO YOU, AND MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT.
BECAUSE SHOW US IS THERE ANY MISTAKE FROM OUR END ?
WE HOPE ATLEAST NOW YOU WILL SEND E MAIL REPLY IMMEDIETLY AS ALREADY TALKED OVER CALL CENTRE MR PRASNNA. VIJAY AND MANAGER RANJEET.
