I'm receiving calls on my mobile and office line from Gurgaon. The recovery agent is asking me to deposite some Rs. 37,000 for a credit card that was, accordign to his records, being used by me during 1999 to 2001. He is also threstening me for taking legal action and tainting my credit ratings CIBIL. Upon asking for the transaction details the agent keeps mum or threatens with dire consequences for non-payment.
I had also told him umpteen times that I didn't posses any such card and not to disturb me but again the recovery agent changes and the nightmare starts.
What action can I take against such recovery agents?
