I have opted for refund of the amount deducted by sbi card privilege circle programme due to some unavoidable reasons. I was also assured that you have not to pay any amount till utilisation of the gift i.e. Booking of hotel etc, but even after 02 months my refunds not yet credited in my sbi credit card. I have returned the gift pact aldy. I am paying intrest to sbi credit card every month without my fault.

Hope some one will hear my grievances.

It is really disheartening and very disappointing to know that our so called PRIDE and FLAGSHIP organization "SBI" is involved in such act of fraud, wrong doing and mis representation of facts.

I got the call from SBI privileged circle program and they told us all the privileged we get by adopting for this. As a prudent customer, I asked all the queries before confirming for it.
However, to my shock and surprise, after receiving the package, i came to know that so many hidden facts were not informed to us, which could have influenced my decision to go for this offer.
We have so much of trust on this bank, that any offer from SBI, we , as customer, do not see any catch or trap in the offer. We ,as Indian, think very high of this bank and as we thought this offer is from SBI , we felt confident that there will not be any hidden agenda or fraudulent intention.

Watch price was told around 4500/-, which in fact does not worth more than 450/- rs, it was not told that for ticket booking, I will have to inform 21 days in advance and also any tax, which would be applicable on it would be born by us. Regarding hotels also, it was not informed that during certain period in an year, we cannot book hotels. and for hotel booking also, you will have to inform much well in advance and that too they have the right to reject your request.
I received the package in July Month, and i made the payment in same month.
I was trying to call customer care since I received the same, however, I could not get connected to their customer care executives. However, I finally managed to speak to their executives and conveyed the same that I am returning it. They said that you return the same and we will refund the money.
As there was watch in the package, it was refused by many courier services to deliver to them, and finally i managed to send by speed courier, which reached to them in September, just 4 days beyond the 2 month reportedly deadline set by them. This 2 month deadline was not even informed to me.I was just informed that your request has been accepted and return of your money has been processed. It was all false statement from them. I have informed them my intention to return within 15 days of receiving the kit.

Now, they are refusing the return my money and stating that your kit has come after more than 2 months of delivery, they cannot accept my request to return. In fact, i made the payment without using any of their services promised to me.

This complaint is not only for money but for the value and principle.
I would request all who read this not to be get pre conceive idea that bank like SBI cannot cheat and they are safe.
