SBI has issued me a co branded card with spice jet (number ending with 1945). The card also had a joining fee of Rs. 2000.

At the time of joining i was offerred the following offers with the card
1) minimum 5 point for every ruppee spent on spice jet
2) an extra 10 points for spends above 3000 in any quarter, on spice jet
3) a free ticket on spice jet for spends above 1,00,000

but to my surprise, and even without any information they say they have withdrawn all the offers. NOT A SINGLE mail to or intimation was given.

To note: the customer care tells me that the 5 points on each ruppee spent on spice jet is also not valid.

It is really pathethic and i feel cheated. Help if someone can.
