I have received my replacement card in blocked status.
Even after making multiple calls to your call center and writing to nitin puri, (nitin.puri@ge.com) as suggested my card hasnt been unblocked. Neither I have received any mail/call in case there is any problem.
I have sent my mail on 26th Jan 2012.
I was assured on thursday that it will be done on 27th as 26th is a holiday.
Again on 28th early morning Dipti (call center associate) asssured me to wait till 10 in the morning for a call.
On the same night (28th jan) another associate told me very rudely that it is not their duty to unblock my card and only nitin puri can do it and I was told to do whatever I want to.
All I want to know when will I be able to use my card and in case there is an issue why are you not calling or mailing me back.
In the end there will be only one solution to simply cut my card send it back with filing a complaint of mental harassment in the consumer court
