Respected sir,

I have a SBICARD (credit card) number 4317575054683355, I booked a airline ticket but i have to cancel it later so i got the amount refunded back on my SBICARD Account but i already paid the statement so there was negative balance (Rs. 21534) on my account. so i called SBICARD customer care on 22 june and ask them to refund me the money by Cheque. They said i would get it in my mailing address in 14 working days, then i waited till 10th july but didn't got the Cheque so i called them on 12 july and they said that they have dispatched the Cheque on 6th July so i waited till 16th July and called them again on 17th July, this time they said that they have actually dispatched it on 11th July, I asked them to provide the courier or mailing information but they didn't provide me and said that they would call me back with the information but no one called, i called SBICARD Customer care again today and now they are saying that they have dispatched the Cheque on 22th July!

Sir i am very disappointed and fed up with SBIACRD service and i just want my money back as i need the money very much. please see into the matter and help in solving my problem.
