Dear sir,
I was used credit card between 1997 to 2000.In 2000, i have moved to another place in feb 2000 by clearing all dues to debit card.After one year i get the statment to pay the out standing amount (ie. anual charges from april and monthly their penalities ) accumulating nearly Rs 7000/. .the card was issued me on NO ANNUL FEE BASIS.So .Immedietely,i call up to customer care, ,what way you are send statement for annul fees and penalties,i told i was interested to use your card,cheating like this,send my card (destroying in two 4 pieces) and send by courier with covering letter to chennai office..I was kept the photo copies nearly three years.Now i am not having that copies.
After 10 years today one man was called from BANGOLRE,stating that you having nearly 8 lacks out standing on your card.I have no words to reply him,how it will happen.I asked him ,please give the last transaction of my card and at that time my dues as a statement.But he was unable to give that one.Please suggest and guide me how to resolve this issue .
