Hi,

I had settled my Credit Card by paying an amout of 1 lakhs on November 2009. I was told that i would receive my No Dues Letter by 13th Jan 2010.

Now even after 8 months of running from pillar to post i have not yet received my No Dues Letter, and Mr. Jayant Bost - ICICI credits collection Manager has frequently given just assurances that I will receive the letter.

Now, the last two times i have applied the Car loan, both were rejected since my name figured in CIBIL for non-payment of ICICI credit card outstanding.

Kindly Advise.
