Hi,

I was using a credit card of Citi Bank which was setteled in the month of May 2010 but till now The bank wasnt updated the same in the CIBIL Account.
And because of that i am not able to avail any banks loan.

I need a Car Loan and till the time the bank will not clear my CIBIL Account till then i am not able to avail any kind of loan from any of the bank.

Please tell me how do i clear this account and may i go to consumer court??

THE ABN AMRO has sent me a credit card in 2008 .but i didnt need that so i sent that card back to them withiut the usage of it.but the bank didnt update that in the sibil account.
and because of that i am not able to get any bank loan.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a 'Car Loan' from SBI, Thrissur on 24th Augest 2011. During the verification process they have noticed from 'SIBIL' that there is an out standing bussinus loan of Rs.7,500,00 on my name which was availed during 2008 from an un known institution with an unpaid balense of Rs.2,500,00,

Kindly note that I have never availed such a loan from any where. In fact I have taken a Housing Loan from SBT, Chingavanam, Kottayam, during 2008 and I am repaying the same currectly.

Kindly do the needfull to currect this wrong entry from your records.

With reference to above I Mr Rajkumar Sharma having PAN no BCZPS6964H Stated that, I had cleared all my dues befor 6 months. Even after above said PAN number showing recovery status.

Since I had paid all the dues request you to please give clarence from sibil status.
