Standadrd chartered bank credit card
Hi,
I have applied for credit card in SC but they have refused my application. Why they have did it? I don't know. After two months later I received a Credit card but that time I am using the card of SBI so I haven't open the card. But after few days later I got a bill of Rs. 6000 online. I had replied several times to the mail id "head.service" that I am not using your card then why you are sending me the bills even I didn't open your card but I am not getting any response from their end. Even I have called up to customer care multiple times but didn't get any response. Please let me know what should I do??? Atul Katiyar
