I got the Standard chartered credit card one month before with that, i got enhancement package which is having 3 benefits for me. At the time of taking this additional enhancement pack, Respective customer service representative told me about the cancellation of this policy. he said " if i dont require this enahcement pack within 1 or 2 months without using 3 of facilities provided by the bank, there will not be any charges or payment require and i need to return the 3 of facilites kit/pack. if i cancel this pack after 6 month then there will be 50% pack charges will require to pay without using any of facility.
Now it just 1 month passed, i raised a request to distcontinue my credit card as well as enhacement pack. as per policy documentm and discussion with customer respresntative initially, i can cancel it. but now they said it can not be cancelled, i need to pay full amount (4000/-) for that. they are threatening me for the same. please take the appropriate action.
