There was a outstanding payment with SCB smart card for a amount of Rs 9406 . This was paid by me by Nov 2009. This outstanding was shown in CIBIL report. On approaching the Bank they said that in 45 days the status will be updated. But till now the CIBIL status is showing as pending payment, I raised this to the bank several times. No proper response from bank. How i can proceed a legal complaint against SCB ?
