This bank is the worst bank I have ever come across.

Inspite of making total payment they levy a charge, after talking to the so called customer service, they reverse all the charges and confirm over the phone that the card has zero dues to pay. Now in this month's statement again I see late fee and finance charges levied.

On wanting to speak to the supervisor, everytime they say: They are in a meeting, we shall arrange a call back, and guess what, the call never comes....

Worst Bank, stay away from them, their systems are fraud and their people are pathetic...
