I, vijay gandhi has been issued visa gold card no. Dl 4c nd 0567 by standard chartered bank. All the dues were timely discharged. They raised annual charge bill for which the complainer requested for a waiver, in the meanwhile the card has been used twice on the assurance the fee will be waived or adjusted against credit points outstanding in my favour for the said card.
No waiver was given the request for surrender of card was taken.
The credit card division forced me to pay full annual charges though, i reqested that propotionate for one month can be charged and they can cancell my card. With no outstanding due, the standard chartered credit department has raised my outstanding to rs. 26000/-
they are asking rs. 2500/- for settlement & 10000/- for removal of name from cibil. What is this?
