I Amit Mukhopadhyay unfortunately holding a standard chartered bank credit card since sept 2010. They haress me a lot .After getting the credit card they forcely insist me to hold some of their health policy ,hospitalisation cash back policy etc . Initially I was convinced by getting the tele message about the policies but after getting the original policies I was very much surprised without signing a single paper/document how I being a policy holder and I did not conveyed the terms and condition of the stated policies. As a matter of doubt I immediately contacted the bank about cancellation of all my policies. And surprisingly all the time they assured me to cancel all my policies within a very short period of time but in practice the are reluctant to cancel the policies. And always they disturb or even threatened me to pay the premium of the policies. In one occasion I pay Rs 3000/- for the minimum amount due in the original credit card, they immediately transfer the amount to the premium of my unwanted policies. As a result my card balance was not come down , in this way they cheated me . So at this situation I want your help how to get rid off my problem. Hope as a common FOOLISH Indian get relieve from the foreign bank.
