I booked one hotel to mython in my sister's name : Sraboni sengupta on 4/4/2010 through internate through makemytrip. After received payment confirmation by standard chartered credit card from me, makemytrip gave me a message to confirm their representative with my sister within 2 hrs.if hotel room vacant. But nobody contacted with my sister nor with me and we paid by cash rs. 1000/- to hote at mython at the time of deperture on 5/4/2010.

From 5/4/2010 to 16/4/2010 i contacted with stancrat representative regarding makemytrip charg rs.1010/= wheather they want or not? And i also informed them for not paayment. Makemytrip gave me a mail to my e-mail add, wheare they said if their rep. Confirmed the booking then payment will be done. But without confimation and where we paid hotel charge by cash how makemytrip charged me rs.1010/ on 22/4/2010 . Which date is 18 days after booking dt 4/4/2010.

Please take the nessecery action and refund me my rs.1010/-

i have being getting unnecessary bill , though i havent used it, for last seven months.
I paid my last bill on 4/10/2010 though cheaque . which was recived by vishal of amount 2900 and also had paid rs2110 on 27/9/10.

I do not have any other card . due to your faulty administration i want to stop this card .

Hi,

I applied for the SCB credit Card 1 month back. but still i am waiting for the same, I tried many time to call the same no. by which i got the call for the credit card but they didn't gave me any positive responce and just hold me for a long time and disconnect the call, many times they switched off the calls.
They come to me three times for the document but still i didn't get my Credit card.
May I know this is the way of Standard Charted Bank to making the fool beyond the credit card ???
