I never had such ugly and irritating experience.
Since last year i tried to settle the amount but whenvr i had any interaction with any ecxecutive of your collection department they called me silly and illiterate client.
where i'm not working with standard chartered anymore due to personal issues and now being a customer i hate this bank,the services and their s no support for customers even they wanted to settle whatever amount.Since last year i had been paying aftr the settlement every single month without any failure not like other customer who refuses to pay a penny where the bank actually torcher them to do so.
I always had the bad experience,i tried to call and used to take every single call where: they said we'll harass u if you wont pay us,is this the way you treat your customer.Sometimes I feel how my client used to face when i was encouraging them to join this pathetic n unkind bank. I used to waste my hours and hours it was so frustrating and never used to talk in a right manner.I'm an educated person so i was paying on time and now when i only asked for the settlement letter and they started calling me and abusing.I never used to take my clients seriously when they used to give me such stories but thanks to the credit card department its more ugly than what i have thought.
Even the last time one of your executive called me from his mobile and abused me.It was so humiliating,I stopped taking their calls.
Thanks to all those disgusting calls and such ugly experience.It was not enough and from last week where i'm going through more anxiety cos of the torcher from standard chartered collection department the calling every single family members and even neighbors.Harassing and insulting all my family members.executives calling from their mobile phone is this how they beat their targets and gain work experience. They created such misunderstanding in my family due to such calls. Thanks to all my friends and clients who hav left standard chartered bank its not less than icici the way they harass and insult their customers and make them feel so disgusting why are we using an service from such bank.I been paying and most of the time they said you'll get the receipt by post even the settlement letter Bank think custmers are fool how many times do i have to pay for the same amount I'm not in a good health thats why i left my job and now not working i have paid almost 47,870 till date and the moment i askd them they call me n my family try to harass us.Such a shame for such a big bank.Standard chartered ask their employee to actually act in such manner.
Now due to so much pressure and harassement i'm not in the situation to pay it again where they never provide any slip or any evidence where i hav paid.
repeated attempts but left me shocked with bizarre behavior and abusive languages. When I asked her send me email stating what they wants me to do to resolve this issue, they refused to do do saying she is not authorized to send email.I really do NOT find any justification to bear so much harassment after I am billed for a fraudulent transaction and I have performed whatever I was supposed to do in due time.I never wanted to take such steps but i cant tolerate this anymore.
This is killing my time and keeping me disturbed. I am here to get a workaround to tide over this difficulty.
