Dear All,

I have raised an issue "KMM7876206I15977L0KM" to SC bank but they did not reply.

The Standard Chartered Manhattan Credit Card was issued to me on August,2010.I did not used it after 3rd Sep,2011.Last 3 months I am not using this card.

I totally used 97423 Rs and I paid 57945 Rs till Date. So there is almost 40,000 Rs remaining in original.

But they are charging 81000 Rs. It am not possible to pay this amount right now and want to ready for settlement. But one of the collection member of SC Bank insult me in the Bank premises. I raised a SR "KMM7876206I15977L0KM" to bank but they did not reply to me.

Please help.
