I was offered a Standard Chartered Platinum card in 2010 by a Standard Chartered executive. It was told at that time that there is no annual charge with this card & also there will be 5% discount on all transaction. I didnt get benefit of this 5% discount any time. More over this this month they have imposed 750 INR as annual charge. I have read all the terms & conditions before signing the form. Nowhere it was mentioned that there will be annual charge.
Please suggest what can be done against this. I have already wrote the bank that all the charges will be paid except this Annual charge & requested for deactivating the card.
