Inspite having 2 ATM cards with my custody a sum of Rs.725 was deducted from my Account by Avenues India Private Limited, Mumbai vide POs 028999949013 under head POS PRCH . In this regard i have tried Customer Care but they refused by saying that they have no any provision. I a BSF man such type of mischief had putted me in trouble

of late many customer of my branch have complained that through POS purchase their account have been debited number of times and lacs & lacs of money are being siphoned off. Through banking system complaint had been lodged but no reply received so far. The customers are frustrated and have lost faith in the banking system. I did not make any transaction with Avenues India Pvt Ltd, But my credit card statement shows a transaction of Rs 732 on 28 Dec 2011. The credit card company is refusing to give any further details like purpose of transaction, etc. In this case I am helpless. Pls help
