I am a customer attached with SBoP bearing account no. 65015159631 (branch : Mehal kalan , now account transferred to SBoP Malerkotla). On 13th November 2010 I had transaction at ATM located near club chowk Malerkotla.I made few attempts to withdraw the required amount.The ATM machine provided me two transaction slips showing withdrawl of Rs 10,000 on each slip. That is system deducted Rs 20,000 from my account but it did not provide me the cash. After about half an hour I again checked my balance from SBoP ATM located near Kamboj schlool. Here it showed that RS 20,000 were not deducted from my balance. That is it showed the previous original balance. So I got convinced that my original balance is intact opposite to what shown by the club chowk ATM.But after about one month when i again checked my balance, i found that Rs 20,000 had been deducted which shocked me. I moved an application to Mehal kalan branch in this regard. They said that the
system did not debit my account on 13th November by Rs 20,000.So the bank authorities debited my account on 2nd December 2010 without informing me. I reached the SBoP branch in club chowk Malekotla where they said that the transactions made on 13th November 2010 were successfull but so was not the case. The transaction details as per JP log are as follow:

TXN 6440 unsuccessfull amount RS 0
TXN 6440 successfull amount RS 10000
TXN 6440 successfull amount RS 10000
TXN 6440 unsuccessfull amount RS 0
TXN 6440 unsuccessfull amount RS 0

But i did not receive this Rs 20,000
Kindly direct the concerned authorities to look into my matter so that i can get my hard earned money back without further harassment.
