i am staff of bank of maharashtra mumbai recently my purse was stolen from my branch premises on 26th march 2010 there were two visa debit cards of bank of maharashtra in my purse the thief purchased various things from oberoi mall goregaon east mumbai for around rs 17789/- the shop keepers did not verify my signature on the debit card and allowed the thief to purchase one more thing is my name was embossed on the card as ashwini panse and they allowed a male to purchase the things
can i get recovery from the shopkeepers
please help
