I have been receiving calls from Cell No. 918652290056 regarding nonpayment of credit card dues of HDFC Bank. As I was in a meeting, courteously explained the unknown caller that I have never availed any service from HDFC Bank in respect of any Credit card nor I am anyway concern with the same. However the ill-mannered female caller was very rude and talking in a threatening tone with abusive language and the same amounts to a criminal offence.

The Legal Dept. of my office was successful to retrieve the credit card details from the caller, which stands in the name of one Mr, Venugopal, who is staying at A/2, Shanti xxxx, SEC xx, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

I therefore request the HDFC management to look into this matter immediately or furnish me the details of the said caller who without knowing the correct user went on using foul language, within next five working days to lodge a complaint with the police.
