I,Sudipto Mitra ,HDFC Credit Card Nmber 4346781010285070, opted for the settlement of the account as it was misused on account of theft by a known person.
On account of good intention I personally called up HDFC credit cards division to provide them with my present address and phone number as I have relocated from Kolkata.
Going by word of mouth I made a payment of Rs 7000 before receiving the settlement letter.
The bank was unable to provide me with the settlement letter on time as they continously blamed me for providing the incorrect address,however I called them initially and even sent them my present location details in Bangalore by sms.
In the month of January I finally received the settlement letter,and paid Rs 2111 twice this month from my axis bank account.
Yet I have received multiple threats from HDFC from specific people making me feel like a criminal, and the calls were made at the same time when my wife was admitted in the Hospital:

My request to the present scenario is that this things should be dealt with care, and proper and strict ligal actions should be taken to the people who are responsible for this.
