I receive a call from Fraud Company M/s DINING PLUS, DELHI on 30-01-12, they spoke in hindi and introduced himself as an executive from HDFC credit card and said your credit card payments are good. So, we are offering you some gift vouchers. Then I asked them, whether there is any charge for it or not. They told me, "No Sir” It’s totally free of charges. Then I said "OK"
They again said to me ," Sir" for this please confirm me the last 4 nos of your 16nos card number & its expiry date and correspondence address on which you want to receive these gift vouchers. I had given that. I have not given my CVV no to them. Next day on 31-01-12 around 4:22PM, I got the SMS on my phone about forged deduction of amount Rs 5499/- from my HDFC card. I don’t know how it can be happened, without knowing my CVV No, how they can transfer the same from my card. How HDFC can authorized any one for this, so that they can transferred the amount without knowing my or anyone CVV no. Other fact is as they told me , there is no charge , then how can they do such forgery things with me without my authorization. When I searched about this company “M/s DINING PLUS” on internet , I found that more than thousands people faced the same fraud things as I faced. Even the way of approaching to all customers was almost same. I called the company executive Mr. Ravi (Phone No: 01145738506 at Delhi office) 2days back, but still waiting for the solution. I don't know whether I will get my money back or not. Because the way Mr. Ravi talked to me, I felt that he was not afraid of any such forgery case against him. He is fraud man at least (you may say) .And he is not going to return my money anyhow.

They almost cheated me kindly help me to get back this amount from them and Also help others too who already got cheated and going to got cheated by banning such FRAUD COMPANY M/S DINING PLUS.
