    Angry wrong calls from ICICI

    This is to bring to your attention that I have been getting SMS''s and Phone calls pertaining to payment of Credit card bills in the name of some Mr.Raghuveer.

    I want to inform you that I am not Mr.Raghuveer. My name is Mr. Mangipudi Ravikanth and I got my new mobile SIM (9900100659) in July 2011. I kindly request you to update your database regarding the phone no. of Mr.Raghuveer. I am more than willing to provide my ID proofs.

    I have already spoken to ICICI customer care regarding this and they told me to ignore the messages as they were intended for the previous user of the number.

    I request for an explanation in this regards from ICICI Bank Pvt Limited.
