I have a HDFC credit card on which makemtrip.com has charge wrongly Rs 6244 and after repeated mails and repeated tele calls they are not responding. they are saying they need a fresh statement, after repreatedly sending Scanned copies of Card Statement they are not responding. THey are not responding with the details of the transaction.
