    Default yatra.com FRAUD

I got a call from a yatra.com executive while i was in the process of booking tickets online. He asked me not to make payments from google chrome & to use internet explorer..
I was given a booking ref # to enter & process the payment. i made a payment of 18494.50 thru my citibank credit card & asked the exec to hold until i get the PNR confirmation. He hung up asking me to call him back on his extension.

I waited n waited but never got any confirmation from yatra. I tried callin back on the # i had received the call from however the # was not reachable.

called Citibank to stop the payment as the email for transaction confirmation stated to contact them immediately if the payment is "not in order" & was told the payment can only be stopped by the vendor (who on earth would cancel a payment if they are committing a fraud)

Got connected to yatra after a million attempts & they had no satisfactory answer too..

    yatra.com is a FRAUD !!!!!!
