Angels DayCare is run by a lady at her home in Kunal Icon, Pimple Saudagar - Pune. I admitted my 20 month old kid at her place on the condition that if kid is unable to adjust, she shall refund balance fees.
She took entire month fees in advance. After 10 days I had to withdraw my kid due to ill health. However, she did not refund any money even though she had comitted that in case you discontinue, I shall refund the money.

This is to clarify that we are here in Kunal ICON for more than 5 years, Our policies are clear and loud for all the parents when they admit their kids to our Day Care. Our Admission form contains policies terms and conditions of payment modes. I believe every day care or pre - school will have it in place before they start their activity. I just want make this VERY CLEAR that the above mentioned Quote is unprofessional and a complete lie.
We have 99% customer satisfaction, there are Kids who are coming to our day care for years now.

The lady there is very money minded,rude (she hardly smiles) and charges very high fees with low

quality ..most of the time the kids are made to sleep without much space and the rest of the time they

watch TV.Kids are not observed with the care they should , elder kids bully younger ones and most of the

kids fall and get themselves hurt.My son is still having the scar from the fall he had a few years ago.and

the lady did not even inform me during the day.when I came to pick him up he told tha the fell down.I

would recommend anyone going there to stop sending their kids.And others avoid the place.

The lady who runs the Angel' Daycare in Kunal Icon-Pimpale saudagar, pune, is very rude with kids and humiliates parents. My experience is really bad. She gives you a poor service and does not keep her promises. The worst part is, she shows a very polite and sophesticated gesture but later treats you in an abusive manner on petty issues. She is unreasonably strict and punishes kids on small mistakes bad enough to mentaly hurt the kid deeply. My friend had the same experience. Her kid was so afraid to go there that she had to withdraw her kid.

we have joined our 1.5yr kid in Your Kids 'R' Our Kids day care- wadgaonsheri-PUNE location on 19th-August-2011.

Initially they collected Admission fees + Security deposit with proper admission process.

Suddenly on 30th october they have informed us about their day care shift from wadgaonsheri to Erawada IT-park. This decission was theirs and impacted on our personal and professional life of mine and my wife.

the new location increased anoher 6 kilometers from the older location and we have tested our baby for 1 day. he tired toomuch because of huge distance from ERAWADA jai to WAGHOLI.

My kid got sick and sufferening from health problems.

Ours is recent Admission and the location shift is theirs decission, we asked to refund the admission fee and security deposit which is RS.8000+app.

The decission is totally wrong and they have informed just 2 weeks before. still we are disturbing in finding way to settle down our kid in comforatble position.

We can get the admission fee and security deposit which is RS.8000+app? please help.

They want to increase the business thats way they changed from wadgaonsheri residential builiding to IT-PARK in ERAWADA.

they event dont bother about the health of baby and the parents situation and which causes their lifes disturbances.
