Sub: Request for the refund of school fee amount of 76,000/-.

Dear Principal / Trust,

I am Avula Mallikarjuna Rao father of Avula Subhang who was joined in your school a week back. As your school norms my son wrote the entrance exam and then as per your instructions we paid the school fee amount of 76000/- in the form 2 DD’s even I paid the school books fee of 1300/- and I spent money for my sons school uniform 2000/-.

My son got mentally disturbed and scared to go to school from the second day. In the first day my son came out from the school with full tears that mam beat him.
My son that he was crying about the class mam, that she will beat him. Later on he refused to go to school.

My wife tried to reach the class teacher and try to convey the problem several times, where as the school teacher had bluntly refused to take her requests so that my son can go smoothly to school.

The school teacher never understood the problem nor she took action for the problem. Over and above that she is telling my son is dull and other kids are very fast. The teacher never found a solution and never consoled my kid.
One teacher by name Miss Shoba scolded my wife and said that she is over protecting my son. We have pushed my son to school for 4 days he stopped eating and started acting differently with fear.

After all these consequence we approached vice principal for the refund of money she rejected us rudely and not allowed to meet the principal even and she is telling that the principal does not have time to spend her time on these matters.

We wrote an application and submitted to principal. We tried all the way to get an appointment with the CMR national public school principal for explaining our situation and to get the school fee refund.

As I belong to middle class family has dreams to make study my son in a good school. How ever I have to join my son in another good school with out his career drops.

I request you kindly return my money, which will be a great help to my family and son.
