Hi,

I am one among the parents of the children studying at Srimathi Sundaravalli Memorial School treated lower than a kindergarten kid. I am extremely upset about the happenings in the school in the recent days. The school did have a good standard once they started but due to wide expansion the correspondent is unable to get the hold of the things going in the school.

The new threats in the school are
1.Parents are forced to open account with particular branch to pay the fees
2.If any questions are raised ,the simple answer is to take the ward out of the school
3.Blindly supporting the teaching staff ( whereas few of the teaching staff are not up to the standard to teach the subject rather accuse the children comparing the 'structure' of actresses to the boys and about 'six packs' of International stars to girls. Their standards of abusiveness would really put the children down, mentally and physically)
4.The Education Officer thinks that all parents are slaved to the school and not a bit of respect to any parent (human being). She is extremely sarcastic, arrogant, stubborn and only defend teachers and never listens to the others (which shows her immaturity towards handling situation) and her treatment towards her not loved ones are horrible. If the parent speaks about this they grudge the student and revenge them for sure.
5.We, as a team of parents, decided to take it forward to the correspondent but it is so unfortunate that we will not be able to make an appointment to meet him or speak to him.
6. The present situation is only about expanding the school (looking out for money coming into the school) and not about giving quality education and bringing up children with character.
7.The school fees was flatly risen by 30% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8.This makes me recall about an incident about few years ago where the correspondent was blindly driven by another staff member (I recall she was the co-ordinator) and so many bad posters were put all around the area and even the school was closed for few days due this. I hope it does not re-occur again since it is only money for the school and it is life of the students for the parents.
9.I am sure if they do anonymous voting with in the school children & staff, they can evaluate the teacher's standards and the attitude of the egoistic Education Officer and the few horrible teaching staff.

BEWARE PARENTS BEFORE ONCE YOU TAKE ADMISSION FOR YOUR CHILD BE READY TO JOIN OUR SLAVE TEAM FOR A LONG PERIOD OF 15 YEARS. ALL THE VERY BEST

This is one of the worst school that I have ever witnessed in the entire city of Chennai and if I am right may be in the entire world. This is not a gimmick but a true out burst from a former student. We have been keeping our mouths shut for the past 15 years and I think it is time for us show our hatred. The school and its staff are highly inefficient and there were times when we thought how these inefficient jerks(if I can call them) create an efficient clique.
Below are the characteristics of the the school:
1. They try to spread an individual religion.
2. Teachers act as very good match makers, which really demoralizes the students.
3. Their ideology of a parent is that of a slave. If questioned, their only answer to us is to get out and that they will give TC to the student with a black mark in the conduct certificate.
4.Use of vulgar words by the senior staffs.

Let me stop it as my BP is shooting up. There are many more which cannot be openly posted in a forum.

Message to the Parents.: Please don't do a mistake that my parents did. If you really want to get your children into this school, (let me borrow the schools correspondents words)the better idea would be to buy your children few buffalo. That's it for now. Parents please think from students perspective and not from yours. ESCAPE THIS PIT. IT REALLY SMELLS.
