I have completed my BSC.IT degree from Tilak college affiliated to the Uniersity of Mumbai this year but my college has not returned our Misc Deposit yet. After many applications they have agreed to refund the money for the 3 year course but only Rs. 300 whereas our deposit amount sum up Rs.3500. They are not returning our full Deposit. Please help me what need to be done.
