My Child Krishna Saha got admitted in Jr Kg in your newly opened school at Chandkheda Ahmedabad with the name of Poddar Jumbo Kids.We were convinced with your brand and efforts in education field and admitted our daughter after paying 11700 Rs towards the fees.The timing of school given to us was 11 a.m to 2 p.m which was changed to 8 a.m to 11 a.m later.Then bus transport was not provided to us for one week inspite of coordinating with Admin person Mr Roopesh every day.I missed my office for one day and showed the bus root to the bus driver .Next day I found that bus had around 20 kids with one lady conductor.When the bus reached to school the bus was stopped accross the road and kids were made crossing the road.My Daughter was also in the queue.After that she was standing near the gate for the long time and the lady conductor forgot taking her to class.She was holding hands of 3-4 kids and taking them to class missing out rest of the kids.When I showed this to vice prinicipal she was also convinced that bus should drop the kids at the school gate rather than at other side of the road and there should be extra maids to handle kids coming from the bus and should take them to class.But Ms Indu was adamant that kids are safe when they are crossing the roads .She also commented that Road doesnt have much traffic and there is no point worrying.This made me feel very helpless and concerned for the safety of my child who is just 4 years old.I told Ms Indu that what can we do best for my kid as school timing is changed and things are not condusive.She suggested withdrawal and said in front of other parents sitting there that she will refund whole amount Rs 10700 except for the admission fee Rs 1800 .A day later she signed on the application of refund of Rs 9900.In the mean time we admitted our daughter to the different school and paid the fees. now after so many reminders and follow up they have refunded only 3600 rs out of rs 9900 which they committed in appplication(we have the photocopy duly signed by Ms Indu)I spoke to her today morning and she said that she never spoke about the fees.I spoke to the other parent Mr Arun also and he said that she commited for the refund of whole amount except 1800 Rs and he can give this to you in writing(His grandson is also in your school studying in nursery)
Mam pls interven and help us out in this crisis.As education can never be a business.

respected sir i have been student of cosmic business school new delhi, school management is nt able to refund the students security, mgmt is making so many lame excuses regarding the security, their intention is nt fair..plzzzzzzzz help us.
