I am a simple middle class family with two girl child of 10 & 7 years and residing near Dum Dum station in Kolkata. My two childs read in LORETO DAY SCHOOL, BOWBAZAR and goes to the school everyday by Metro Railway from Dum Dum to Central station.

Recently Honourable Railway Minister has has given a previlage to the school studens a concession ticket in metro railway, but most of the child of this school are not getting this previlage due to negligency of school administration.

To issue this student concession ticket a school certificate is needed, but school is unnecessay delaying to issueing this simple standard form after summar vacation though school has already opened on 16th of this month and as a result my childs are standing in a long queue for purchasing a daily ticket in school time everyday, which is most hazardous otherwise we have to purchase normal multiride ticket paying more.

I am paying school fee Rs.1500/- for each child in advance within the day of 15th of every month and failing of which they will impose a fine of Rs.100/-, then why they will not issue the school certificate in time.
