With utmost respect it is hereby submitted that I applied for the admission of my son Tarun Singh Bisht for class XI on 12-07-2010 in Hope Hall Foundation School,Sector7, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110022(Tel. No. 26197629/26177628) due to the reason that on that date he was not suitable for the course of commerce with maths as per the then grading system in Kendriya Vidyalaya, R. K. Puram, Sec II, New Delhi where he studied up to class Xth. However, later on when he went to school for Transfer certificate, he came to know that the rule has been amended/modified and he was found suitable for the course of commerce with maths by the same school i.e. Kendriya Vidyalaya R.K. Puram Sec. II where he is presently studying in class XIth.
Since my ward got admission in Class XI in the existing School because of amended rule, it was communicated to Hope Hall Foundation School our intention to continue in the Kendriya Vidyalaya and not to obtain admission in their School and requested for refund of Fees which had been obtained by them along with the Application Form. To my utmost surprise and repeated requests particularly in writing on 19-07-2010, Hope Hall Foundation School refused to return a single penny out of the undermentioned amount deposited by me although transfer process was not complete (i.e. neither transfer certificate was obtained and deposited in that School nor my son's named had been entered in the School Register)
On being asked, an amount of Rs.35165/-, the detail of which is mentioned hereinbelow, had been deposited before my ward's entry into their School:
