Actually I had taken admission for my 3 year old daughter in Rainbow Pre school (Anand Nagar Branch) and submitted the fee (Rs.22,000) in one go, given an option of depositing the same in two installments of 6 months each. Actually deposited the same for my convenience, but in Sep 2011, I got transferred in Pune and when I asked School management to refund the fee for second terms, they refused upfront.

Later came to know from other parents that even school management doesn't revealed to them that there is an option of 6 month payment. seeking some legal advice what action can be taken against such institutions who had made education a mechanism of minting Money.

Friends, suggest you to think twice before taking admission for your child in institutions like RAINBOW PRE SCHOOL
