Default unlawful termination from service
13 persons terminated from RPG TRANSMISSION LTD. JABALPUR IN FEBRUARY 2004 after completion of 14 to 22 years of servicewithout giving any retrenchment compensation, and PF, case was filed in labour court but of no avail after five years. what further can be done please suggest.
