Complaint against school on fee refund: As part of admission of my daughter into class 1 for the year 2009-10 into a school in Navi mumbai, I paid an amount Rs.45,000/- (forty five thousands) to school on 22/11/2008. Due to personal reasons, I had canceled her admissions and gave a letter to cancel her admission and repay the paid fees. For which i have not received any communication from the school authorities. I again informed the school authorities for the refund of the fees on 18/9/2009, for which the school authorities have not communicated until now.

In this situation, I would like to understand my privileges and rights to undertake any kind of action against the school management/authorities.
