I am Ravleen Bist mother of Daksh Bist who was studying in starex international school in KG2.

My son had to leave the school because we got our transfer. My husband is in Army and I moved to Delhi Cantt SF accomodation and also got admission for my son in school near by.

He left the school on 22nd March 2010 and was given the TC. As per a document from the school, the security amount should be refunded after one month from the day the TC is received. Other than this the parents do not have any other policy change information.

Till date I am constantly following up on this. I am not getting any suitable response or action done on this.

The school has been taken over by the manipal group and all accounts have also been taken over. The administrator of manipal says he has no responsibility for this as the matter is before 1st of April 2010 and those cases have to be handled by Starex group.

Administrator of the starex group Mr Gandhi says he has to get in touch with the chairman Mr Ishwin and that will be possible only when he visits the school. Which from past 2 months has not happened. And mr gandhi is now out on a foreign trip.

We parents, do not have access to any contact number of the chairman or the email id, so that we can get in touch with him.

There are more such cases with Satrex where parents were not given the security refund money.
