I Mahantesh B Parashetti father of Kundan M Parashetti who got admitted to Universal High from this academic for 2nd Grade by paying a DD of INR.12645/- as term fee and tution fee. After which due to change in my Job profile, I was supposed to shift to Delhi. I have applied for TC at the end of July 2011. The office team of Universal demanded to pay additional Rs.12,145/- to get TC in the form of DD. When I refused them to pay the same, they said the TC can’t be given. I was in a big problem and I have to pay Rs.12,145/- DD Vide DD No:152812(Indian Bank Dated 20-08-2011) to get the TC. Also the bus fee (Manish Travels) which was paid Rs.4800.00 (Rs.800/-) for 6 months was suppose to be refunded on prorate basis.
My Son has been withdrawn from the school from 1st August 2011.
My Son hardly have spent in this school for close to 1.5 month and I have Paid total of Rs.29,590.00 for which I am still suffering from financial losses and going through mental agony.
I would like you to refund INR.18385.00 (This value comes after deducting Prorate tuition fee for 2 months and first term fee).
The allowable Maximum deductions can be calculated as below:
Admission Fee = Rs. 500.00
Tuition Fee (2month) = 3035 X 2 month = Rs.6070.00
First Term Fee = Rs.3035.00
Bus Fee for 2 months (Manish Travels) = Rs.1600.00
Total Maximum Deductions = Rs.11205.00
Request you to Refund Rs.18,385.00 in the name of Mahantesh B Parashetti at the earliest otherwise I will have to approach through Justice of Law (Consumer Forum).

Please confirm to me with your reply with the Refund within 7 Days of receipt of this letter failing which I will have to approach the legal way to get my Refund.
I have got all the paid Receipts and Proofs with me to take it legally.
