Hi ,

Have a concern that one of my friend was studying in CV Raman college, Bhubaneswar but due to some crisis in his family he could not continue after 03rd Semester. As per the regulations he needs to submit the complete fee then he will be able to get the certificates back .

But without the certificates he cannot get a job or go for any further studies, in case u can help us getting at least a photo copy of the certificates , it would be of great help.

Post a job he can pay back the fee to the university & get the original certificates back .

Please suggest.
