We are the student of sarswatipoly technical college. Our diploma has been passout2011 .but the college management is not giving our DMC . they are demanding one thousand rupees . then they will give our DMC. They are not giving our security fees which we deposit at the time of admission .
Kindly grant us . please take a suitable action
