Complaint for 1st convacation

H1ello sir,
I am Bhavani. I am from Nalgonda. I studied in Balaji College of Pharmacy(2005-2009). I applied for first convacation on 5th August 2009.
I haven't received convacation till now. I sent mail to JNTU. but They didn't give response. I called to them many times. but they didn't received and answered.
Pls take reaction.
